📅 7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

✔ Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unopened, unused, and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • Include receipt or proof of purchase

📦 If Your Return Is Approved

We will provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how & where to send the package

Important: Packages sent without approval will not be accepted.

⚠ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

  • A defective item
  • A damaged product
  • The wrong item

Contact us immediately so we can assist you.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food items, herbs, spices)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous or flammable liquids

Sale items and gift cards are not returnable.

🔄 Exchanges

If you want a different product, request a return first. Once approved, purchase the new item separately.

💳 Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, you will be notified whether your refund was approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Note: Banks or card issuers may take additional time to complete the refund.
